When trying to publish a listing to Booking.com, you may encounter the following error: "We only support parking ChargeFrequency: XXXX".
Follow the troubleshooting below to resolve the issue.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Select the relevant property.
- Select Pricing & Policies from the listing's menu, then click Pricing.
- Click Edit next to "Additional fees & charges".
- Turn off the toggle next to "Use your account's default settings".
- Click Save.
- Click Distribution in the top navigation bar of the main dashboard.
- Click the Booking.com thumbnail.
- Click the relevant account, and locate the failed listing's row.
- Under the "Status" column, click the drop-down arrow next to "Failed", and select Retry.
- Once the listing has successfully connected, you can turn back on the "Use your account's default settings" toggle.
