error message: Parking charge frequency

When trying to publish a listing to, you may encounter the following error: "We only support parking ChargeFrequency: XXXX".

Follow the troubleshooting below to resolve the issue.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Select the relevant property.
  5. Select Pricing & Policies from the listing's menu, then click Pricing.
  6. Click Edit next to "Additional fees & charges".
  7. Turn off the toggle next to "Use your account's default settings".
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click Distribution in the top navigation bar of the main dashboard.
  10. Click the thumbnail.
  11. Click the relevant account, and locate the failed listing's row.
  12. Under the "Status" column, click the drop-down arrow next to "Failed", and select Retry.

  13. Once the listing has successfully connected, you can turn back on the "Use your account's default settings" toggle.
