When trying to publish a listing to Booking.com, you may encounter the following error: “Hotel ineligible for mobile rates”. Follow the troubleshooting below to resolve the issue.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Revenue management.
- Select Promotions in the left sidebar.
- Search and locate the relevant Booking.com mobile promotion (for example: "Early Bird Promotion"), and click the number shown under "Assigned listings".
- In the pop-up message, locate the listing (for example: "Ocean Luxury Shell home"). You can use the search bar to narrow down the results.
- Switch the toggle off next to the name of the listing, then click Apply changes.
- Click Distribution in the top navigation bar of the main dashboard.
- Click the Booking.com thumbnail.
- Click the relevant account, and locate the failed listing's row.
- Under the "Status" column, click the drop-down arrow next to "Failed", and select Retry.
- Once the listing has successfully connected, you can turn the mobile promotion toggle back on.
