Moving from Trip.com integration via a channel manager to direct integration via Guesty

If you are using a channel manager for your Trip.com integration, you can switch to a Guesty direct integration instead. Follow the instructions below.

  • Make sure your pricing model in Trip.com is per-day pricing.
  • Please reach out to your market manager and ask for a switch to Guesty / YieldPlanet provider. Alternatively, you can contact the Trip.com Support team at hotelsupport@trip.com to reach the market manager in charge.

Note:

Cancellations of reservations made before the switch to Guesty will not sync and need to be managed manually.
