Moving Trip.com to direct integration via Guesty

If you are using a channel manager for your Trip.com integration, you can switch to a Guesty direct integration

  1. Ensure your pricing model in Trip.com is per-day pricing. 
  2. Reach out to your market manager and ask for a switch to Guesty / YieldPlanet provider. 

    Alternatively, contact the Trip.com Support team at hotelsupport@trip.com.

Note:

Cancellations of reservations made before the switch to Guesty won't sync and must be managed manually.
