You can check if a reservation is covered under Guesty Screen & Protect on the reservation page of the relevant reservation. Follow the instructions below.
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Reservations.
- Select the relevant reservation.
- Clickto open the reservation summary.
- The "Shield Screen & Protect" section will indicate whether or not the reservation is covered by one of Guesty's Damage Protection plans.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click and select Guesty Add-ons.
- Click Guesty Shield.
- In the lefthand menu, click Reservations.
