Checking if a reservation is covered under Guesty Screen & Protect

You can check if a reservation is covered under Guesty Screen & Protect on the reservation page of the relevant reservation. Follow the instructions below.

Step by Step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Reservations.
  4. Select the relevant reservation.
  5. Clickto open the reservation summary.
  6. The "Shield Screen & Protect" section will indicate whether or not the reservation is covered by one of Guesty's Damage Protection plans.
