When you link or publish your Booking.com listings to Guesty, the associated data will be synced between the two platforms. Published listings use a full sync connection type by default, and linked listings default to rates & availability sync.
Note:
Complexes can only be linked and therefore fall under the rates & availability sync, which cannot be switched.

Switch the data connection type
Watch our video and follow the steps below to switch the connection type of a listing.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector, then select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Booking.com thumbnail.
- In the Booking.com dashboard, navigate to the relevant account.
- Locate the relevant listing's row. Under "Connection type", hover over it's connection type and click
- In the pop-up window, mark the checkbox of the connection type you'd like to set for the listing.
- Click Next.
- In the next screen, click Change connection type.
In the dashboard, under "Connection type", the text will change to "Processing..".
Once the change is done, the text will be changed to the name of the altered connection type, with a green next to it. It may take up to 4 hours to switch the connection type.
