Why is my share of the cancellation fee missing from the owner statement?

When you set up your business model, you decide how to split the revenue from a reservation between you and the property owner - for example, which percentage of the cleaning fee goes to you and the owner. This split is reflected in the monthly owner statements we generate for you: your share is under the "Management fee" column and the owner's share is under the "Amount" column.

Similarly, when a reservation is canceled, you might expect to see your share of the cancellation fee under "Management fee", based on how you chose to split the revenue from the fee between you and the owner in the business model, but only the owner's (net) share will be visible, under "Amount". 

If you want to see your share of the cancellation fee (the full split between you and the owner), you can see it in the reservation's accounting folio. If you need help finding it, you can follow these instructions. There will be two entries - one with the net amount for the owner, and another with the net amount for you (the PMC).
