An owner statement has the wrong company address

Accounting by Guesty is a premium feature available to Pro users only. Please contact us to discuss activating it.

If the owner statement is not showing your business address correctly, you need to update your account settings. That is where we get your contact details for the owner statement (as explained in this article).

Follow the instructions below to change the address.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Setup mode.
  3. Click Account settings.
  4. In the left menu, click "Account settings", and enter your business address under "Mailing address".

This updated address will appear on your owner statements from now on.


If you want this address to appear on owner statements from previous months, you need to regenerate them.
