Moving from Hopper integration via a channel manager to direct integration via Guesty

If you are using a channel manager for your Hopper integration, you can switch to a Guesty direct integration instead. Follow the instructions below.


Existing reservations with future check-in dates will not be migrated to Hopper. Your channel manager listings must not be disabled until all the reservations are fulfilled/canceled.

Step by step:

  1. Notify Hopper that you are moving from a channel manager integration and migrating your listings to Guesty, by contacting your Hopper account manager or sending an email to: 
  2. Follow the instructions in this article to set your connection via Guesty.
  3. Hopper will configure your account and perform all the necessary actions.
  4. Once onboarding is done, Hopper will disable your listings from the channel manager integration, and your integration via Guesty will be live.
