If you are using a channel manager for your Hopper integration, you can switch to a Guesty direct integration instead. Follow the instructions below.
Important:
Existing reservations with future check-in dates will not be migrated to Hopper. Your channel manager listings must not be disabled until all the reservations are fulfilled/canceled.
Step by step:
- Notify Hopper that you are moving from a channel manager integration and migrating your listings to Guesty, by contacting your Hopper account manager or sending an email to: homes-onboarding@hopper.com
- Follow the instructions in this article to set your connection via Guesty.
- Hopper will configure your account and perform all the necessary actions.
- Once onboarding is done, Hopper will disable your listings from the channel manager integration, and your integration via Guesty will be live.
