If you are using a channel manager for your TravelStaytion integration, you can switch to a Guesty direct integration instead. Follow the instructions below.
TravelStaytion doesn't allow linking the existing listings in your TravelStaytion account to your existing listings in Guesty, only "publishing" your Guesty listings as new to TravelStaytion. Ensure your Guesty listings are up to date with all the relevant information before connecting Guesty to TravelStaytion.
Step by step:
- Follow the steps in this article. In the connection process, select the listings that are still connected via the channel manager.
- TravelStaytion will contact you to complete the onboarding process. The listings will be duplicated so that new listings will be created for your Guesty integration with TravelStaytion. These new listings will have new property IDs, and the old listings managed by your channel manager will be set offline, but remain assigned to the channel manager account to keep the historical data.
- Once the new onboarding is completed, you can deactivate the old listings from your account.
If there were guest reviews in your previous account via the channel manager, during the onboarding process TravelStaytion will cross-check them with you so that they can be transferred to the new listings.
