This article is relevant if you have a GuestyPay EU/UK account.
If you filed a GuestyPay chargeback dispute, you can follow the instructions below to see its current status.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Financials mode.
- Click Payment processing.
- In the GuestyPay section, click Payment dashboard.
- In the dashboard's left menu, click Dispute management and select Active disputes.
- Find the relevant dispute - you can use the filters above the table to help narrow your search.
The current status is under the "Dispute status" column.
