Viewing the status of a GuestyPay chargeback dispute (EU/UK)

This article is relevant if you have a GuestyPay EU/UK account.

If you filed a GuestyPay chargeback dispute, you can follow the instructions below to see its current status.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Financials mode.
  3. Click Payment processing.
  4. In the GuestyPay section, click Payment dashboard.
  5. In the dashboard's left menu, click Dispute management and select Active disputes.
  6. Find the relevant dispute - you can use the filters above the table to help narrow your search.

The current status is under the "Dispute status" column.
