ChargeAutomation offers a wide range of guest check-in management solutions, including payment processing services, with 100+ payment gateways available globally.

ChargeAutomation will send an email to the guest asking to go through the check-in process, and/or pay for the reservation. When the payment is collected, ChargeAutomation updates the payment information on the reservation in Guesty.

Also, when ChargeAutomation collects guest information, such as phone number, email address, passport number, etc., the information is updated on the Guesty reservation and Guesty's guest profile.

Note:

Some information collected by ChargeAutomation may be stored on ChargeAutomation exclusively, such as when there is no dedicated field in Guesty to store the specific bit of information.

Copy the Guesty API key

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click .
  3. From the drop-down, select Guesty Marketplace.
  4. Search for ChargeAutomation, then click Connect.
  5. At the top right, click Connect.
  6. In the pop-up, copy the Integration API.
  7. Click OK.

Connect ChargeAutomation with Guesty

Step by step:

  1. Sign up for ChargeAutomation.
  2. Fill in the requested information on the Sign Up page, then click Get Started.
    • Under "Current Property Management System (PMS)", type: Guesty.
  3. Proceed with the setup process, and note the following:
    • When prompted to select your PMS, select "Guesty".
    • Under "integration token" paste the Integration API copied before.
    • Set your preferred payment gateway.
