You can process credit card transactions in Guesty by connecting one or more payment processing accounts, such as Stripe (external processor) or GuestyPay (our internal processor) - depending on your Guesty product and geolocation.
If you want to know which account is responsible for processing one of your reservation's payments, follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Financials mode.
- Click Reservations.
- Select the relevant reservation.
- In the banner at the top of the page, click Balance due/Payout.
- Find the "Payments" section and locate the relevant payment.
- Click on the payment to expand it.
The account responsible for processing this payment is under "Payment processor account".

- Select the relevant reservation.
- In the banner at the top of the page, click Balance due/Payout.
- Find the "Payments" section and locate the relevant payment.
