If you need to confirm which user made changes to your Workflow and Auto Messages, the activity log provides you all the information you need. You can view for example the timestamp for the changes, the "old" and "new" versions of the Auto Message, and the name of the user who performed these changes.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Automations, and select Workflows.
  4. Click the relevant Workflow.
  5. Click Activity log.
  6. Scroll down to see the entire activity log.
