Using Guesty PriceOptimizer to maximize occupancy

Guesty PriceOptimizer maximize occupancy automatically lowers the minimum night stays for gap periods smaller than the current minimum night requirement. It helps to fill up leftover gaps between reservations to maximize your occupancy.

For example, you have a two-night gap between stays, but your default minimum night rule is three nights. PriceOptimizer will automatically override your rule to fill the gap.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth.
  3. Click PriceOptimizer.
  4. Find the listing(s) for which you want to adjust the pricing. You can search for a specific listing by name or nickname or use the filters to find all listings that match your specific criteria.
  5. Click the relevant listing.
  6. In the left menu, click Minimum night rules.
  7. Click Maximum occupancy rule.
  8. Adjust the number of nights to less than your minimum night rule.
  9. At the top right, click Apply change.

Tip:

At any time you can turn off the maximum occupancy rule by clicking the button to deactivate.
