Why am I not receiving guests message sent via Guesty Booking Engine (Booking Website for Lite users) to my Guesty Inbox?

When a guest fills out the "Contact Us" form in the Guesty Booking Engine (Booking Website for Lite users), the message will be sent to the business email address you set in the general information section in the Booking Engine setup. It won't be sent to your Guesty Inbox, as every message in the Guesty inbox is linked to a reservation.

You can change the email address at any time.

Updating your business email address in the Booking Engine (Booking Website for Lite users)

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  3. Click Distribution.
  4. Click the Guesty Booking Engine thumbnail.
  5. Click Edit next to the relevant Engine (Pilot users: click , and select Edit Booking Engine).
  6. Navigate to the business email address section, and update the address.
