Tip:
- The process of linking a Booking.com listing is being revamped. In the new process, you'll be able to choose and apply one cancelation policy per listing / apply multiple rate plans on the listing, only from Guesty. The cancelation policy/rate plan(s) will then be synced to Booking.com.
- When publishing a listing to Guesty, you choose which cancellation policy/rate plan(s) to apply to the listing from Guesty. You can later change it.
When linking a Booking.com listing to Guesty, the cancellation policy that was set on the listing is synced to Guesty. Some listings are using cancellation policies that are not supported by Guesty, and when synced, they are replaced by a Guesty-supported cancellation policy. See more details below.
