The homepage is designed for operation-level users, providing a clear overview to manage daily activities for today and the upcoming week. With real-time reservation data, you gain instant insights into upcoming reservations, enabling proactive planning and resource management.

Reservations widgets

The reservations widgets help you stay organized by giving you an indication of reservations that have early or late check-in or check-out as well as reservations that are awaiting payment.

Each widget displays the total number of relevant reservations. This number is also reflected on the related sidebar when you click the widget. A progress bar indicates the number of completed check-ins and check-outs compared to the day's total reservations.

A notification bar runs across each widget. Click on a notification bar to expand the sidebar with detailed information about the relevant reservations. The icon next to each reservation in the sidebar indicates today's stay-status as follows:

Visualize upcoming week check-in and check-out patterns through the interactive graph. Stay ahead by understanding occupancy trends and planning accordingly.

Needs attention section

Stay alert with a dedicated section highlighting crucial areas that require your attention.

  • Failed payments: Instantly toggle between the last 24/72 hours to address failed payment issues promptly. Access guest names, time elapsed since the issue, transaction amounts, and relevant reservation payout pages for swift resolution.
  • Canceled reservations: Identify canceled reservations and access guest details and relevant reservation pages to manage cancellations effectively.
  • Same-day reservations: For same-day check-ins, view guest names and access reservation pages directly, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Lock issues (for Guesty Locks Manager users): Keep track of lock-related problems and swiftly address them. Access the lock issues page for a comprehensive overview and resolution.
