Download a list of your owners’ details as a CSV file. The file saves automatically to your device.
The data in the CSV file reflects your set filters. If you apply a filter, the report includes only those owners. If you don't apply filters, the report includes all owners.
The report includes the following owner details:
- Name
- Phone number
- Number of properties
- Owners Portal activation or registration status
- Notes
Download a CSV report
Follow the instructions below to download a CSV file with your owners’ details.
Important:
The report displays up to 5,000 rows of data. If you have more than 5,000 owners, the CSV report downloads only the first 5,000. Find the total number of owners at the top-left corner, next to the filters. Filter the list to reduce it to under 5,000 owners.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Owners.
- If relevant, select the filters for your owners' list (name, properties, active portal, and owner registration status).
- At the top-right corner, click
to download the report. - Open your browser’s download folder to view the report.
