The Marketing tab on your listing’s property page is where you can manage and update all of your marketing settings for booking channels.
Marketing Channels
In the “Marketing Channels” section, you view the list of all the booking channels connected to your property.
Here you can easily list a property (open) and unlist a property (close) on those booking channels with the toggle.
Pictures
In the “Pictures” section, you can either add pictures (Upload pictures) or delete your property’s photos.
Learn more about property picture guidelines and requirements.
Follow the instructions below to rearrange the order that your pictures will appear. To manage the pictures from the parent multi-unit, toggle on the Manage sub-unit pictures from the multi-unit.

Public Descriptions
The “Public Descriptions” section is where you can manage all of the external information displayed on the booking channels.
Learn how to list a property on booking channels.
Important:
Some channels may reject your listing and prevent you from updating your listing's content if you include personal information, links, or add special characters in your public descriptions.
To prevent this, we recommend that you avoid including email addresses, website links, phone numbers, emojis, repetitive special characters, and/or all-capitalized words.
The “Published address” is the address that will be displayed to guests on Airbnb, as well as, when you send a quote from Guesty. This address will also affect the location presented on the Guesty Booking Engine and Booking Engine API.
Check-in instructions and key collection
In the “Check-in instructions and key collections” section, you can provide guests instructions for their arrival to the property — including where to find keys, if there’s a door code, and more.
You’ll also see an icon for the booking channel that will display this information to your guest.
Important:
Filling out the “Getting into your property” is mandatory.
If you don’t select an option in this field, the Save button won’t be activated — meaning any information added in other fields in the “Public Description” section (“Title”, “Summary”, “What else do guests need to know to get inside”, etc.) won’t save.
