Conduit (formerly HostAi App) uses location and property information to generate accurate, relevant responses to guest messages. Customize automation, streamline repetitive communication, and flag messages that need your attention.
Copy the Guesty API key
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Integrations to open the dropdown menu. - Select Marketplace.
- Click the Conduit thumbnail.
- At the top right, click Connect again.
- In the pop-up, copy your API key.
- Click OK.

- Get started with Conduit
- Log in to your Conduit account.
- Navigate to "Select Integration" > Add API key.
- Paste the API key copied from Guesty.
- Import your Guesty listings.
- Complete setup for each listing and start sending AI-generated messages.
Note:
- If you were connected in the Marketplace to HostAi App and the page is no longer available, connect via Conduit’s page in Guesty’s Marketplace. Copy your token and paste it into the dedicated field of your Conduit account to re-establish the integration.
