Troubleshooting browser issues

These troubleshooting methods address common browser-related issues that you may encounter when accessing or using Guesty. Follow the steps below to resolves issues such as:

• Pages not loading correctly
• Buttons or features not working
• Login or session persistence issues
• Display abnormalities (e.g., missing elements or incorrect data).

Step by step

1. Log out and log back in to your Guesty account.
2. Update your browser:

   • Chrome

   • Safari

   • Microsoft Edge

   • Firefox
3. Open a private browsing tab and sign into your Guesty account there.

   • Chrome Incognito

   • Safari Private Browsing

   • Microsoft Edge InPrivate 

   • Firefox Private Browsing
4. Open your Guesty account in a different browser or device.
5. Clear cached data by doing a hard refresh and reloading the page.

   • For Mac: Hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and then press R

   • For Windows: Hold down Ctrl (Control) and ⇧ Shift and then press R

6. Disable browser extensions that may be blocking the content
7. Clear cookies and cache in your browser.
   •  Clear cache & cookies from your Google Account

   • Clear cookies in Safari on Mac

   • Delete cookies in Microsoft Edge 

   • How to clear the Firefox cache
