Adding an owner to a listing

Message:

No owner assigned yet.

If you’re unable to add an owner to a listing, it might be because you haven't assigned an owner to the property yet.

View the instructions above to assign your owner to a property listing via the listing's page.

Adding an owner to a Business Model listing

Error message:

Listing couldn't be assigned as it already has an owner assigned and listings assigned to business models cannot have more than 1 owner.

If you’re unable to add an owner to a listing with a business model, it could be because the listing already has an owner.
While owners can have more than one property, a listing that is assigned to a business model can have only one owner.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Click the relevant listing.
  5. If this property type is a multi-unit, select the relevant sub-unit.
  6. In the listing's menu, click Licensing & ownership.
  7. Click the edit button under the "Property owner (optional)" field.
  8. Under "Owner(s) name", make sure you have only one owner selected.
You can click the x next to any additional owner names to remove them.
