You can mark an Inbox message as one that does not require a reply. Using this feature helps your team to be better aligned regarding which conversations are done, and which are still pending a reply.
Note:
The marking will be shown in all the guest's conversations, regardless of the channel of the reservation.
Step by step:

Sign in to your Guesty account.

In the top menu, click Inbox.

From the left sidebar, select Guests inbox.
- Click on the relevant guest's thread.
- Click the checkmark icon, located at the bottom of the conversation. The following message will be shown when hovering over it: "Mark as 'no need to reply' to last message".
Once done, an internal note will automatically be added to the conversation thread with the text: “No need to reply to the last message”
Note:
If you want to remove the mark, simply click again on the checkmark icon.
