Marking a conversation as not requiring a reply in the Inbox

You can mark an Inbox message as one that does not require a reply. Using this feature helps your team to be better aligned regarding which conversations are done, and which are still pending a reply.

Note:

The marking will be shown in all the guest's conversations, regardless of the channel of the reservation.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.

  2. In the top menu, click Inbox.

  3. From the left sidebar, select Guests inbox.

  4. Click on the relevant guest's thread.
  5. Click the checkmark icon, located at the bottom of the conversation. The following message will be shown when hovering over it: "Mark as 'no need to reply' to last message". 

Once done, an internal note will automatically be added to the conversation thread with the text: “No need to reply to the last message”

Note:

If you want to remove the mark, simply click again on the checkmark icon.
