The Occupancy setup determines the maximum number of guests that can be hosted on the property at the same time.
Setting a Property's Occupancy
When Adding a new listing to Guesty, you will be asked to set the occupancy number for the listing.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing.
- Under "Details & Layout", select Details.
- Scroll down to "Property traits", and click Edit on the right.
- Navigate to "Occupancy", and adjust the Occupancy number.
- Click Save.
Note:
Make sure the listing's occupancy number in Guesty matches the channel's occupancy settings, to avoid syncing issues.
