Use these methods to locate a reservation:
The Search Bar
You can use the dashboard's top Search Bar to find a reservation, by either typing the name of the listing associated with the reservation, the name of the guest, or other identifying details (such as email address, phone number, etc.). You can learn more about the Search Bar here.
The Contacts Page
The Contacts page automatically stores the guests' details when they make a reservation, either via a booking channel (or other reservation sources), by Guesty Booking Website, or when you add a manual (offline) reservation via the calendar. To access the Contacts page:
Step by step
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- From the top menu, click People.
- From the drop-down, choose Contacts.
- Click the name of the relevant contact.
- On the sidebar, click Reservations.
Locate the relevant reservation. You can navigate to the full reservation page via the top right icon: 
The Reservation Report
Create a Custom Reservation Report, and use it to locate the relevant reservation.
