Why do I need to upgrade my reservation to the new guest folio?

As part of our transition from the old guest invoice to the new guest folio with the nightly rates breakdown, reservations with a future check-in date automatically get the new folio, while reservations with a past check-in date need to be migrated manually.

If you come across a reservation you cannot edit, you will be instructed to upgrade it.

This update will not affect any of the reservation's existing amounts or totals - it will just provide additional information such as the nightly breakdown.
