This article is relevant for upgrading past reservations to include the new Guest Folio Breakdown. Future reservations are automatically upgraded.
Past reservations must be upgraded to include the new Guest Folio Breakdown. The Guest Folio Breakdown allows you to adjust individual line items based on your preferences and displays nightly rates for the reservation. Upgrading will not change any existing amounts or totals of the reservation but rather allow you to experience the new exciting features we have.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Reservations.
- Select the relevant reservation that has a check-in date in the past.
- In the yellow box that says "Update your reservation for an improved guest folio experience," click Update reservation.
- Click Upgrade reservation in the resulting pop-up.
- In the top gray menu, click on Balance Due.
- Scroll down to see the Guest Folio Breakdown on the left-hand side.
