Finding your error message
When you import your listings, there are some cases when the connection/import fails.
In this case, the listing status will display "Failed".

You can view the reason for the failed listing next to the listing status column.

You'll then be able to see additional information on how to solve the failed connection.

Onboarding: Failed import issues
Follow the instructions below if you might experience failed import errors during the onboarding process.
Missing listings pop-up
If you clicked connect but don't have any listings to show, you'll see the following pop-up, and will need to create listings directly in Airbnb:

Once you've made the necessary changes, you can click the Retry button.
Importing more listings: Failed import issues after your initial import
If you'd like to connect and sync additional listings after your initial import, you might experience some issues.
It may take up to 24 hours until the connection is complete.
If the listing's status is still “Pending” after 24 hours, it may require additional verification.
In this case, you'll be able to view the errors directly in your Airbnb dashboard on Guesty.
Follow the instructions below to view more information about your failed listing/import.
- You can view the reason for why your imported listing failed to connect in the dashboard.
- Next to your failed listing, click the exclamation point icon
.
- A pop-up with an error message will appear.
Learn more about these error messages and resolutions below. - Click Fix now next to the relevant failed listing (you have multiple listings displayed in the pop-up).
This will redirect you to Airbnb to resolve the issue.
