Before you begin
Note the following limitations for updating a reservation via the mobile app:
- Approving or declining a reservation or inquiry should be made using the desktop version, as the "Approve" and "Decline" buttons may not be correctly displayed.
- Contact us to change the reservation's "Source" field.
Follow the instructions to edit a reservation in the mobile app.
Step by step:
- Sign in to the Guesty Mobile App.
- In the menu at the bottom, tap .
- Select the reservation you wish to edit.
- Click the expand icon to view the reservation details.
- Click the pencil icon (old app users), or click the ellipsis icon in the top right corner and then click Edit reservation (new app users).
- Expand the field you wish to edit.
- Click Save.
