The Guesty dashboard is designed to enhance your user experience and streamline your navigation process. Starting from the top left, you will find the Guesty logo, which takes you back to the home screen. Access the Inbox at any time by clicking the icon. Likewise, the Calendar is always available by clicking theicon.
The menus are divided into a set of modes, with each mode providing a different selection. The modes are available according to your unique set of roles and permissions, so you may find that not all of the modes mentioned here are visible to you.
The Guest Experience mode includes the Reservations page, as well as Documents, Contacts, and Automations.
Tasks is be found under Operations, in the Field operations menu. Here you can also find the Locks manager page.
Properties can also be reached through the Operations mode. Additionally, this mode includes Reservations, Properties, Automations, Owners, Custom fields and Phonebook.
The Revenue management section, including Rate strategy, Rate plans, Promotions and Coupons, is part of the Growth mode. In this mode, you can also find Properties, Distribution, PriceOptimizer, Contacts and Analytics.
The Financials mode includes Reservations, Properties, Financial settings, Guest invoicing, Payment processing, Recorded payments, Capital and Analytics. The Financial settings section also includes Additional fees, Channel commissions, Commissions calculations, Markups, Recognized revenue and Tax configurations.
The Accounting mode includes the Business models, General ledger, Owner accounting, Disbursements, Check register and Vendors. Posting journal, Balances and Preconfigured reports is found in the General ledger section.
Finally, the Integrations menu, which includes Marketplace and API, can be found in the Setup mode, together with Account settings, User management, and Billing.
Click the Guesty icon at the top left at any time to return to your homepage.
In the top right corner of the screen, you will find the Integrations center () along with the , a shortcut that enables you to quickly create a new listing, task, owner, or reservation. Click the question mark to open our answers widget, and the bell to view your notifications.
View your Profile and Notifications, or log out by clicking the profile picture (or your initials icon in case you haven’t attached an image).
