Why is my Auto Task missing?

Auto Tasks are a great tool to help you manage your stay-related activities more efficiently. Once created, an Auto Task becomes a critical piece of your reservation’s life-cycle.

There are a few possible scenarios which may impact the successful creation of your auto-task:

Pro users Lite users

  • Your task is not displayed in the Task Smart Views under the Field Operations menu, because it is filtered out. Please refer to this article for more information. For example, your filter is set to show tasks that are scheduled for today, and your task is due on a different date.
