A listing is eligible to use Guesty PriceOptimizer if it meets the following requirements:
- The listing is located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand
- The listing has been active for a minimum of 7 days and is integrated with at least one booking channel
If your listing is ineligible for these or any other reason you will see a note with details at the time you try to activate PriceOptimizer on the listing. For the note "Needs more data", please contact us.
