Touch Stay guidebooks deliver everything a host needs to streamline guest operations. It provides guests with everything they need to know before, during, and after their stay.
Copy the Guesty API key
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click
and select Marketplace.
- Search for "Touch Stay", then click Connect.
- At the top right, click Connect.
- In the pop-up, copy the API key.
- Click OK.
Important:
The API key is valid for 4 hours only, so proceed to the below steps to connect the partner immediately.
Connect Touch Stay with Guesty

Step by step:
- Sign in to your Touch Stay account.
- Navigate to Account page > Integrations and click Connect under the Guesty logo.
- Paste the Guesty API key copied in the above steps into the box and click Save.
- You'll be prompted to match your Touch Stay Guides with your Guesty listings if any are already imported into Touch Stay. Select the right Guesty listing for each Touch Stay guide and click Match selected.
- Next, you'll be prompted to import new or additional listings from Guesty.
Select the listings you need to import and click Import selected. Touch Stay will import the following:
- Listing name
- Listing address
- Listing location
- Once the content is validated, navigate to Integrations > settings > Reservation sync settings and sync your reservations. You'll be able to sync all reservations (active reservations that haven’t been checked out) or only new ones (created from the moment the sync is enabled).
Sharing Touch Stay guides with guests
Each listing imported will create a new Touch Stay guide. In Guesty, each listing imported to Touch Stay is assigned a “Touch Stay” tag to help you set up your automated messages accordingly. Check the content of your guides.
The listings synced will have a “Touch Stay guide URL” custom field created so it can be shared with guests.
To share the guides with your guests, set up automated messages that include the variable {{touchstay_guide_url}}. Schedule at least 20 minutes after reservation confirmation to allow time for the variable to populate.
