Propertyhero makes maintenance easy by providing order and tasks management features. Propertyhero is also a guest-dedicated portal where guests can log requests or complaints and owners receive them asap to enable them to take action.

Copy the Guesty API key

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the integration center icon and select Marketplace.
  1. Search for "Propertyhero", then click Connect in the thumbnail.
  2. At the top right, click Connect.
  3. In the pop-up, copy the API key.
  4. Click OK.

Important:

The API key is valid for 4 hours only, proceed to the below steps to connect the partner immediately.

Connect Propertyhero to Guesty

Step by step:

  1. Register or log in to your Propertyhero account.

  1. Navigate to ‘Account’ > Click 'Guesty'

  1. Paste the Guesty API key copied in the steps above in the "Integration Token" section, then click Configure Integration.

  2. Your listings will be imported from Guesty. Wait for the process to be completed and then set up your inventory.

Whenever guests report a repair request or a missing appliance or equipment, leave a positive review, or make a complaint on Propertyhero, these will be pushed into your Guesty Inbox with a link to the item to view on Propertyhero.
