CartStack helps you recapture lost direct booking revenue. It captures information from visitors on your Guesty Booking Website who abandon the booking process. CartStack can then trigger recovery campaigns via email or SMS to these visitors to help recover the reservation.

Follow the steps below to integrate CartStack with Guesty. If you don't have a CartStack account, sign up here.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your RezRecover account and retrieve your unique CartStack tracking code.
  2. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  3. In the side navigation menu, click icon Marketing and sales to open the dropdown menu.
  4. Under Channel management, select Distribution.
  5. Click the Guesty Websites thumbnail.
  6. Paste the tracking code provided by RezRecover. See details with screenshots here.
  7. In RezRecover, access the CartStack admin panel to add a confirmation or thank you page URL.
  8. Ask the RezRecover team to review integration.
  9. Once they do, emails will start sending.
