Beta: Integrating your company email with the Guesty Inbox

Connecting your company email inbox to Guesty enables you to manage your entire lead cycle within Guesty.

With our company integration email feature, you can: 

  • Receive and answer direct communication from leads from the Guesty Inbox
  • Quote direct guests before they have a reservation
  • Create a reservation from a direct conversation without switching tools 

 

 

Setting up the integration

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the Inbox icon.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select Company inbox.
  4. In the right sidebar, click the icon.
  5. In the pop-up, click Sign in with Google if you want to link a Gmail account, or enter your work email in the designated field.
  6. Click Add account.
    • If you sign in with Google, you will be redirected to Google Accounts. Follow the instructions to grant Guesty.com access to your account.
    • If you enter your work email, follow the instructions sent to your email to complete the integration.

Sending a reservation quote

Step by step:

  1. In the "From" section, click Create reservation.
  2. Fill in the relevant information.
  3. Click Save & send quote.
  4. In the pop-up, customize your email as needed.
  5. Click Send quote. 

Checking availability in Multi-Calendar

If you want to send quotes for multiple listings, check availability via the Multi-calendar.

Step by step:

  1. In the "From" section, click Check availability in Multi-Cal. You will be redirected to the "Find Availability" page in the Multi-Calendar.
  2. Use the filters to identify relevant listings.
  3. Select the listings you wish to offer the guest. The contact details will automatically populate with the contact's information.
  4. Click Save & send quote.

Creating a new contact

Document new contacts to build up your contact list. Once saved, you can add details for personalizing guest experiences, compliance, and more.

Step by step:

  1. In the "From" section, click Add as new contact. You will be redirected to your Contacts page.
  2. Fill in the relevant details.
  3. Click Save.

Disconnecting your company email from the Guesty Inbox

Disconnecting your company email from the Guesty Inbox will unsync the account and all related email threads will be removed. If you wish to reconnect your company email, your data will reappear and no information will be lost.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click .
  3. In the left side-bar, select Company inbox.
  4. In "Connected inboxes" on the left-hand side, hover over the email you'd like to disconnect and press the three-dot icon located at the end of the email.
  5. Click Disconnect.
  6. In the resulting pop-up, confirm this action by pressing Disconnect.
