Once you enable notifications on your phone and in the Guesty mobile app, you can choose whether you want to receive them as push notifications, in your phone's Notification Center, or both.
View the information below to choose how you will receive your notifications.
Push notifications
- Log in to the Guesty mobile app.
- On the bottom menu, tap Menu.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Push Notifications.
- Select the notifications you wish to receive as push notifications. Your selections will save automatically.
Important:
Notifications for Tasks and the Inbox will arrive as push notifications and won't display in your phone's Notification Center.
Notification Center
- Log in to the Guesty mobile app.
- On the bottom menu, tap Menu.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap General Notifications.
- Turn the toggles on and off for the notifications you wish to receive. Your selections will save automatically.

To receive notifications in your phone's Notification Center, as well as, push notifications, follow the steps for both processes above.
